Method

Blend all the ingredients except the ethanol in a heavy-duty blender. Add the ethanol and blend again. Transfer to a vac bag, seal, and leave to infuse overnight.

Place the liquid in the large evaporation flask of a rotary evaporator. Set the water bath to 60°C (140°F) and slowly lower the pressure until all the liquid has distilled. Measure the ABV
