  • 5 Alexanders bulbs (available from foragers)
  • 3 clementines, rinds only
  • 20 g (

Method

Blend the Alexanders in a heavy-duty blender and transfer to a vac bag along with the other ingredients. Seal the bag to maximum without spillage and leave overnight.

Strain the liquid and add to a large evaporation flask of a rotary evaporator. Set the water bath to 50°C (122°F). Distil until all the liquid has evaporated.
