One of my bar staff was really keen to make a drink using roasted artichokes, but she had no faith in her ability to create a recipe. In the end our whole team got involved to make suggestions as to what would work, and it turned out to be a real success.

Method

Stir the ingredients in a mixing tin over ice and strain into a chilled liqueur glass. Express the zest of the grapefruit and discard.
