Ingredients

  • 1 L (2 pts) organic pear juice
  • caster (superfine) sugar

Method

Distribute the juice evenly between the centrifuge buckets of your machine. Spin at 3500 rpm for 20 minutes. Pour off the clarified juice and measure.

Add equal parts juice to sugar in a heavy-duty blender and blend until completely smooth. Bottle and refrigerate.
