Method

Blend all the ingredients in a heavy-duty blender on a medium speed for 5 minutes.

Divide the mixture evenly between the centrifuge buckets of your machine and spin at 4000 rpm for 30 minutes. Pour off the liquid and seal in a vac bag, removing all the air.
