  • 2 betroots
  • 1 small swede
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 6 large carrots
  • ½ bunch watercress
  • bunch of parsley stalks
  • 1 cooking apple
  • 1 or 2 red peppers

Method

Scrub and rinse the vegetables as necessary. Cut into pieces, and fed through the juicer, a few pieces at a time.

Serve immediately. You may need to stop halfway through the process to remove the build-up of fibrous residue. Use this for the next simple recipe.
