Traditionally made with beef or with venison, chilli is a good dish to serve around Christmas time when you might have more turkey than you know what to do with. And a spicy dish makes a welcome change from rich holiday food. This is a perfect recipe for a New Year’s Eve party and was devised by Ron Miller of Pittsburgh.
