The Perfect Scrambled Egg

A few years ago a court case hinged on, amongst other things, the correct way to cook scrambled eggs. Celebrities and experts, living and dead, were consulted. I had to admit to having a husband who scrambles his eggs with milk, whereas any fule kno that butter, and at a pinch, a little water, are the only other admissible ingredients, apart from seasoning, of course.
