Seville Orange Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 600 mls (1 pint) single or whipping cream
  • about 125 g (4 oz) Seville orange curd

Method

Mix together, and freeze. Before serving, ‘ripen’ the ice cream in the refrigerator, that is, allow the ice cream to come to a spooning consistency. It should not be served rock-hard.
