Method

In a blender, combine the lime juice, sugar, glucose syrup, and salt and blend until the sugar dissolves.

Pour the lime juice mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. To serve, run the molds under a bit of tap water until the ice pops slide out of the molds easily.
