  • 2 avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 10 small tomatillos, husks removed, rinsed, and roughly chopped
  • 3 bunches

Method

In a blender, combine the avocados, tomatillos, cilantro, olive oil, crème fraîche, jalapeño to taste, and lime juice and blend until a chunky consistency forms. Depending on the size of your avocados and tomatillos, you may need to add more oil. Season with salt and set the sauce aside until serving. Serve at once.
