  • 3 tablespoons fig butter or jam
  • 1 tablespoon adodo sauce from canned chipotle chiles

Method

In a bowl, whisk together the fig butter, adobo sauce, oregano, and vinegar. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking continuously to form an emulsion. Taste and add more vinegar as needed. Season with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
