This is a quick and easy way of preparing prawns for a snack or appetizer. If you increase the quantities, it can be served as a main course. Scallops and mussels are also delicious cooked in this way or, alternatively, you can select a variety of mushrooms and add them to the pan with the sauce ingredients. Serve the prawns with bread to mop up the tasty juices.
