Tuna steaks are wonderful seared and served slightly rare with a punchy sauce or salad. In this recipe the salad is served just warm as a bed for the tender tuna. Add a dab of harissa as a condiment to create a dish that will transport you to the warmth of the North African coastline. If you can’t get tuna, try using salmon steaks instead.
