In Morocco this dish of steamed couscous with dried fruit and nuts, topped with sugar and cinnamon, is served during special celebrations. It is often presented as a course on its own, just before the dessert. At home though, it is delicious served with spicy tagines or grilled or roasted meat and poultry dishes.
