  • About

Serve this hearty butter bean dish with grills or roasts, particularly fish. It is substantial enough to be served on its own, with a leafy salad and fresh, crusty bread. In and around Tangier, where the Spanish influence remains quite strong, bean dishes like this often include a spicy sausage like chorizo. This would be added with the onion to lend its flavour to the whole dish.
