In North Africa, the juicy, ruby seeds of ripe pomegranates are often added to plain, steaming couscous to make a delicious, light dessert. In this Moroccan dessert the seeds add texture, flavour and colour to an equally simple dish. You can eat this yogurt for breakfast or during the day for a healthy snack but it makes a fabulous dessert served with a delicately scented citrus fruit salad.
