Even on nights when you’re so tired you find yourself wishing for a live-in cook, you’ll have enough energy left to whip up this delicious supper because it is virtually work free.

Although this alone is filling enough for dinner, if you crave a fresh vegetable, broccoli or cauliflower goes well and is nice and easy to prepare. Simpler still is a package of frozen vegetables heated as you cook the black beans.
