Make sure you have all your ingredients prepared before you begin because the fish takes just a few minutes to cook. Round out the meal with a starch; a bowl of plainly boiled short-grain brown rice is my favorite. Also, if you’re only cooking for two, it’s best to halve the recipe because the monkfish and other ingredients in the dish don’t take well to reheating.
