You can make pork chops two ways: Either sauté them over high heat just for a minute on each side to give them color and then cook them slowly and turn them frequently until done. Or sauté them over high heat to give them color and then bake them in the oven for 20 minutes until done. The latter method makes the most sense if you’re cooking something else in the oven as well.
