This recipe is a model for how to combine two parts of a meal, the starch and the vegetable, in a single pot and save on cleanup. I use Texmati rice here because I love its aroma, but you can substitute converted rice and get equally delicious results. This two-for-one idea works just as well with other grains.
Crackling Fish Fillets or sautéed chicken breasts would be all you need to complete your dinner.
