This dish of bright greens interwoven with pearly strands of light green is a delicious as well as a handsome way of making the most of leftover cabbage. The cabbage and greens are gently sweetened with the sweet fruity tang of applesauce.
Those of you with baby food on hand can substitute a jar of strained pears or peaches for the applesauce.
