This is a tasty way to prepare carrots quickly.

Ingredients

  • 8 medium-size carrots
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh dill</

Method

  1. Peel the carrots and cut them into ½-inch chunks or slices. (If you know how, you could also cut them into Chinese “oblique” shapes.)
