Cut the core from the cauliflower and separate the head into florets.
Bring a medium-size pan of water to a boil and add the lemon juice (to prevent discoloration of the cauliflower) and then the florets. Boil until the cauliflower is cooked through yet firm, 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower well, then toss with the roasted peppers, or other flavori
