Instead of the traditional salami and Swiss cheese one expects in a chef’s salad, you’ll enjoy the modern combination of lean smoked ham and fresh mozzarella dressed with a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette.


For the Dressing

  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 sc


  1. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, mince the basil, and trim and slice the scallions. Combine these ingredients with the remaining ingredients for the dressing in a serving bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
