This dressing has a wonderful fresh sweet flavor—good with beets or a vegetable salad. If you do not have an apple on hand, stir a tablespoon of applesauce into the dressing instead.

Ingredients

  • 1 McIntosh apple
  • ¼ cup fresh dill or parsley leaves
  • ¼ cu

Method

Peel, core, and chop the apple. Process all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
