In a weak moment a while back, I invited a few people over for dinner in the middle of the week. On my way home from work, I realized I had forgotten to make dessert the night before, so I was going to have to come up with something that looked festive but was fast and easy to make.
Pears were in season and a pear mousse with egg whites would be easy enough to whip up in a few minutes. Then the vision of 8 individual beige mousses danced before my eyes. Luckily some leftover Thanksg
