If, like me, you’re not a fan of dusty muesli that looks, and quite often tastes, like sawdust, then you’ll love this granola. It’s fruity, chunky, crunchy, nutty and delicious served with ice-cold milk or yoghurt. If you want to be a little more fancy when serving it, try my PS ... suggestion below.

Ingredients

  • 175 g runny honey
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 225 g

Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C/fan 140°C/gas 2-3.

Place the honey and butter in a large saucepan over a low heat and stir until the butter has melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats, barley or rye, flaked almonds, pumpkin or sunflower seeds and coconut. Spr
