For a really easy, light pudding option, this is a must. Not one for the drivers, though!
Unless you have a super-sharp knife, you are best using a serrated bread knife to prepare the oranges - it makes the job really easy. Cut the top and bottom off the oranges and sit them on a board on one end. Slice away the peel and pith, working your way around each orange to reveal round, completely peeled oranges.
