I have a confession – I don’t really like goji berries. I find them a little hard and chewy. However, I know they are one of the most powerful superfoods, packed with antioxidants that’ll keep me looking youthful and colds away. So I did some experimenting and found that once soaked overnight they soften, making them an ideal smoothie ingredient. Add some lovely nutty, creamy almond milk, which is dairy free – and easy to get hold of I hasten to add (my local shop sells it) – and some other
