This ice-cream is rich, tasty and wonderful! It goes really well with Steamed Orange Sponge or Steamed Chocolate Sponge. It’s best to buy a good quality coarse marmalade to give a strong orange taste.

Method

Follow the recipe for vanilla ice-cream. Stir the boiled cream and milk into the egg yolks and sugar, then add the marmalade and then continue to follow the method.
