Rice Pudding Arctic Roll

This recipe is a copy of the Black Forest Arctic Roll. Simply make the rice pudding ice-cream and freeze in the plastic cylinder. Then you can create the Arctic roll with the Swiss roll sponge. Strawberry Ripple Ice-cream also works. I’m going to serve it with some Raspberry Coulis.
