Salsa is a Mexican relish that has so many variations. It’s really a fresh sweet and sour chutney, come sauce, come dressing. Another ingredient is chillies, so not only is it sweet and sour but hot, too! This recipe goes well with hot or cold fish, meats, chicken or you can even use it as a relish for a hamburger.
