Method

Wrap an anchovy around each piece of tuna and secure with a cocktail stick. Add an olive at one end, and a half guindilla or pickled chilli at the other. Finish with a tiny dollop of alioli or mayonnaise on the tuna, then sprinkle the onion and parsley all over.
