Samantha Clark and her husband Samuel are world renowned chefs most known for their wildly popular London restaurant, Moro, which won the BBC Good Food award for Best New Restaurant in 1998. Following the success of the restaurant, they released, Moro: the Cookbook, focusing on the flavors and culinary culture of Spain and Morocco. The book also followed the Clarks through their life living in Moorish Andalucia. Their most recent book, Morito, was published in 2015, and shares the recipes of their 2011 tapas bar, Morito.
