Ingredients

  • 16 × 2 cm pieces of boiled (double-sucker) octopus
  • 3–4 boiled potatoes, cut into 16 cubes in total

Method

Spike 2 pieces of octopus and potato alternately on each cocktail stick and finish with a green olive at one end and half a guindilla at the other. Drizzle with a little olive oil, then sprinkle over some sea salt and the paprika.
