This is a slightly larger tapa, as everyone gets one tomato and one avocado montadito. The contrast between the two creates one of the best pairings of flavours you will ever taste, preferably consumed in alternate bites.
Lightly toast the rolls, rub gently with the garlic and spread the tomato on top. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt. Place the anchovy fillets on top and sprinkle with the chopped chilli. Serve immediately.
