Ingredients

  • 1 large, ripe avocado
  • a squeeze of lemon
  • 2 tablespoons

Method

Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices. Place in a bowl with the lemon juice and olive oil and season.

Lightly toast the rolls and gently rub with the garlic. Arrange the avocado slices on top, followed by the anchovy fillets, then sprinkle with the chopped chilli.
