  • 1 large bunch of coriander, roughly chopped
  • 8 green chillies, deseeded (only if hot) and roughly chopped

Method

Put the coriander, chillies, garlic and half the olive oil in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining oil with the lemon juice and vinegar. Season with salt and stir well.
