If you are using bought harissa, then add only 2 teaspooons and increase the amount of lemon juice to give that extra freshness.
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and blanch the spinach in it for a minute. Drain in a colander and refresh under cold running water. Give the spinach a good squeeze to get rid of excess water, transfer to a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients except the coriander leaves. Mix well, season with a little salt and check the seasoning. Scatter the coriander leaves on top.</
