Paul ‘Shooter’ McGough arrived from Tasmania in late 2011. With his bushy orange beard and fondness for loud shirts and funky music, he had surely found his natural home at Morito, but he was snaffled up by the Moro bar and restricted to the odd guest appearance with us. However, he did contribute some awesome drinks and this is one of them.
