Dark, luxurious, rich, complex – this is like coffee, dessert and digestif all rolled into one.
You need a cocktail shaker for this one, filled with ice, and you need to shake all the ingredients except the coffee beans in it long and hard for at least 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass. The shaking will create the emulsification that gives this drink such an eye-catching appearance – an off-white crema that supports the coffee beans and contrasts nicely with the darker tones
