Ingredients

Method

Chill a martini glass with a scoop of ice. Combine the gin, Cointreau, bitters and orange blossom water in a Boston shaker. Add a large scoop of ice and stir gently until nice and cold. Strain into the emptied martini glass. Twist the orange zest over the drink, ensuring the orange oil sprays in.
