Barberry Vodka

• 1 litre vodka (we use Stolichnaya, but any vodka will be fine)
• 100 g dried barberries

Pour enough vodka out of the bottle to make room for the berries. Roughly chop the barberries and put them into the vodka bottle. Leave for one month. Strain through a sieve, then through a muslin cloth. Re-bottle and enjoy.
