Avocado shakes and smoothies are very popular now, but I remember having avocado dessert drinks served this way: in a tall glass over ice with avocado chunks I could scoop out with a spoon. If you prefer, you can blend it like a milkshake—and add ice cream, of course.
The accompanying Sirop Pandan (pandan syrup) is a rich simple syrup steeped with pandan leaves in a 2:1 sugar-to-water ratio. You can easily adjust amounts according to your needs by using 1 pandan leaf for every 1 cup
