Method

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F/Gas 2).

Half fill an 20 cm (8 in) diameter saucepan with cold water, add 1 teaspoon sea salt and bring to the boil. Add the noodles and stir until the water comes back to the boil. Half cover the pot and allow to boil steadily for 8 minutes. (Do
