Not only is this a lovely breakfast cereal but it’s also great added to a crumble topping or sprinkled on ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 250 g oats
  • 65 g flaked almonds
  • 65 g

Method

Preheat your oven to 170°C (150°C fan). Place the oats, flaked almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sultanas, hazelnuts, pistachios, sugar and cinnamon into a mixing bowl and mix through with your hands. Whisk the maple syrup and vegetable oil together in a small bow
