These apples work really well on granola, porridge, pancakes, natural yogurt, in salads and as a filling for sponge cake with some whipped cream. They are another Mountain Café staple; there is no limit to their uses!

  • Use vanilla sugar if you have some, in which case leave out the vanilla pod.
  • These will keep for up to four days in the fridge in an airtight tub.
