I pinched this recipe off my good foodie friend Queenie – it’s damn good, damn quick and damn cheap to make, so put your can opener away!

  • Be careful not to overcook this soup so you keep the fresh pea flavour and the vibrant green colour.
  • A drizzle of natural yogurt in each bowl is a nice finish.
