A dairy-based dressing that’s zingy, garlicky and loaded with herbs, it is an essential component for a banging Waldorf salad.

  • This tastes much better if you make it the night before and will keep in the fridge for up to four days.

Ingredients

  • 80 g buttermilk, well-shaken
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g

Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together till thick. Season to taste and put in the fridge.
